About the event

The webinars will be held in English and Spanish with simultaneous translation into Spanish.


  • Increase awareness of the two-way relationship between trade and gender.
  • Share UK´s, Canada´s, Chile´s and International Organisations´ approach to mainstream gender in trade.
  • Make known the importance of gender-disaggregated data, gender in trade policy as well as strategies and monitoring tools.
  • Highlight governments´, businesses´ and international organisations´ programmes as well as best practices to advance women´s participation in trade.
