Parsai Immigration Services' CEO Al (Alireza) Parsai, Immigration Expert and Educator, is a Tier 3 (unrestricted practice) Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) and a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
